To Begin ...


Garden Vegetable Soup(v)
All our soups are made from locally sourced fresh produce or vegetables from our garden.

Rocket and Mixed Green Salad with Merguez Sausage And Fennel
Merguez is a spicy lamb sausage used in Moroccan and French cooking The fresh fennel makes a crisp and refreshing complement to the sausage.

Home-made Fishcakes
Steaks of salmon, halibut, haddock and other “meaty” fish poached in stock with a little wine and herbs, then flaked and mixed with lemon, green onions,, coated with breadcrumbs and lightly fried. Served with home-made tartar sauce.

Iceberg Wedge with Warm Bacon, Red Onion and Blue Cheese Dressing
The classic combo is back - and bacon makes it better than ever. This is the best blue cheese dressing that I have ever made.

Smoked-Mackerel, Celery, and Apple Salad
Flavourful smoked mackerel stars in a combination of crisp refreshing ingredients.

Tomato, Cucumber and Red Onion Salad with Mint
A refreshing twist on the classic Greek salad. We marinate the vegetables in a red wine dressing.



Then the Main Event...


All of our main courses are served with a selection of fresh vegetables.

Seared Seabass with Green Beans, Scallions, and White Wine Sauce
The delicate flavour of the seabass is enriched by the pleasing citric acidity and buttery richness of the white wine sauce with capers and tomatoes.

Grilled Salmon Fillet with Horseradish Green Goddess Sauce
Tarragon, chives, basil and parsley combine to make a perfect foil for the delicate salmon flavour. Served with a lemon pistachio rice pilaf.

Grilled Chicken, Red Onion Kebabs with Greek Salad
We marinate the chicken in garlic, mint oregano and lemon juice and serve it with a greek salad with mint and feta.

Black Bean and Tomato Quinoa (v)
Quinoa is a fast-cooking, protein-packed whole grain. Steamed, it makes a perfect partner for lime-spiked black beans and fresh tomato.

Paniolo Rack of Lamb (add £2.00)
First the racks are marinated in an Asian barbeque sauce, then we grill them and finally they are roasted. The end result is tender and juicy and served medium rare.

Spicy Barbequed Rib-eye Steak (add £2.00)
We marinate the 10 oz steaks with a spicy rub which brings out the flavour of these extra mature steaks.

Pasta with Green Vegetables and Herbs (v)
Mixing aromatic herbs like mint and basil with asparagus and peas creates a beautiful green dish.



And Finally...


Chocolate Mousse Pie
It’s light as air and very delicious.

Banana Split
Three scoops of icecream in a banana boat with whipped cream, nuts, and chocolate and strawberry sauces.

Fresh Fruit Salad
Fresh fruit in season served with ice cream, custard or cream.

Strawberry Shortcake
A light sponge stuffed with fresh whipped cream and strawberries from our gardens.
